Youth Programs

LITTLE CHAMPIONS
Age 3-5

This Program was designed to target age-specific skills for children between the ages of 3 to 5 years old. This program introduces early skills training to the pre-school age group which has limited physical, intellectual, social, and emotional abilities. With That said, more emphasis is placed on building early fundamental skills training with a strategic balance of Martial Arts.

Adult Programs (Age 13 – Adult)

FUNDAMENTALS
Age 13+

This is our beginners program designed for teens and adults. In this stage, the student will learn 36 essential techniques of self-defense based in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, in a fun, safe and friendly environment. Each lesson focuses on a stand up and ground technique and a new student can start the program at any lesson without any prior experience with the certainty that their safety is our priority. While in this program, students are not allowed to participate in any sparring classes.

JUNIORS 1
Age 6-7

This program promotes self-esteem, self-defense based on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tactics and teaches a child to say ``No`` when facing a situation that challenges their values and opinions. (peer-pressure)

INTERMEDIATE

After earning the blue belt, the intermediate program consists of hundreds of advanced techniques clearly and systematic organized called the Master Cycle. The unique structure of this curriculum simplifies the student journey until they earn their black belt. This curriculum consists of seven positional chapters (Mount, Side Mount, Guard, Half Guard, Back Mount, Leg Locks, and Standing). Each one of these chapters are studied and trained for several months before students are ready to proceed to the next chapter.

JUNIORS 2
Age 8-12

This is our popular anti-bullying program. In this program children will learn how to recognize, face and act in the presence of a bully. Although, kids are taught to avoid violence and physical contact at all times, report situations to adults, and communicate clearly and firmly with the bully, if physically attacked they will have all the tools to defend themselves and negotiate.

INSTRUCTOR COURSE AND TRAINING
Age 18+

Along with the development of a formalized curriculum, a standardized teaching methodology, and an interactive learning environment, we give dedicated students and martial artists the opportunity to join the Instructor course and training program to teach at our location or their own location while following our standardized curriculum.

KICKBOXING
Age 12+

Our Kickboxing program is based off a stand-up combat curriculum based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate, Muay Thai, Taekwondo and Western boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.
